Sheep being led to the Slaughter

I did not watch Hillary's speech last night.

I heard it was a pretty good speech though.

I frankly could give a flying f$%^k about what she had to say. I have never liked the Clinton's. I was anti-Clinton when Sweet Dick was supposedly the first Black President. I would tell all my people that Bill was fake and full of ka-ka and that the world would see eventually.

Well, I hate to say I told ya so, but......

I just read on CNN that Sweet Dick is refusing to attend the Speech that his O-ness is going to give Thursday.

What kind of Juvenile S#$t is that?

His wife lost!!! Get over it!!! Try, Try again!!

There is no consolation prize for 2nd place!!

The Clinton's are the one's who made the primary race so ugly and long.

The Clinton's are the one's who mismanaged their campaign funds and as a result are begging their "18 million" supporters for money.

Obama picked someone else for the VP slot.

Where is it written that he had to choose Hillary?
Is it not the choice of the nominee to pick his own running mate?
Do you think that Hillary would have chosen Obama?

And these PUMA bi$%^&ches...

Are they really long life Hillary supporters, or are they undercover Mccain people?

Why is Obama's experience still being brought up?

The man is a UNITED STATES SENATOR, is he not?

He was a STATE SENATOR before that, was he not?

He did run one of the best pre-Presidential campaigns in our nations History, did he not?

I just don't understand this sh$%T.

I don't want to say the man is not leading Mccain by double digits because some AmeriKKKans refuse to vote for a Negra, but what else could it be?

What more damage can the Rethugs do to this country before their blind as bat ass followers open their eyes?

I am not an Obamaholic. He was not my first choice. I am not even a Democrat.
I am a registered Independent. If either party wants my support, like the old saying goes, If you don't work, you don't eat.

I think Washington needs some fresh meat to spoil.

I do not think that Obama is going to be much different than Mccain. But I am going to give him a chance.

Obama is a politician. All Politicians are full of sh$%t.

But compared to what our current "leader" and his political party have let happen to my countries credibility, credit standing, security, financial markets, housing markets, his fuckrey with Katrina, his illegal war, oil prices, his refusing to acknowledge Global warming, his total disregard for my countries Constitution, and the list could continue from now until......, a band of untrained Sea Monkeys could have done less damage.

So what the hell is it going to take?

Well, I am beginning to think that is a question that cannot be answered.

The AmeriKKKan people did vote for Jr. and his bullsh$%t.

Lawdy Lawdy look who turned.... 100!!

This is my 100th post.

Hooray for me!!

100 posts!!

It doesn't seem like I have been doing this for almost a year, but I have. I love doing this. I love writing. I love expressing myself in this form and sharing it with the world. I have always liked writing, but I never thought I would enjoy it as much as I do. I think I am very good at it. I am in the process of trying to get paid for my God Given talent by trying to pursue a career in writing.
I have started to pen a little something something, and it is coming along rather nicely. At least that is what the chosen few in my family that I have given a preview of my yet untitled book have told me.

I have a list of people that I would like to thank for encouraging me to pursue this blog and my book....

First, My family, particularly my Uncle Larry. He gets on me every now and then and tells me that I need to tone it down a little, but he encourages me to keep doing what I am doing. He tells me how proud he is of me and all that mushy stuff.

Next I got to send a shout out to The Godfather of all Black Bloggers, The Field Negro.
He is the one that pointed me in the right direction in how to start this little 'ole blog.
He told me what to do and how to do it. He was the first person to leave a comment on my blog.I have never met the man, but I admire him and I respect his views.

I would also like to thank the following fellow bloggers for supporting my blog and encouraging me to keep going when some of my posts never get any comments. (hint hint)..

Mrs. Jazzy at Urban Hang Suite
Truth at the Enclave Lion
JJ Brock at the Old Black Church
Sully at Sulls Blog
Zack at Chicago Zack
Folk at Black Folks Don't Swim.

I can depend on all these fine writers to leave a comment or suggestion on most of my posts. They always either give me constructive criticism or they give me praise for a post well written. I really appreciate that. Criticism is how we learn what not to do, and everyone needs a pat on the back every now and then.

And to all the other bloggers whose sites I frequent on the regular, (I am guilty of not leaving comments on every site I visit. I read so many blogs that... Well I have no excuse. If I want people to acknowledge my blog I need to do the same. I am working on that.)It really gives me inspiration and makes me proud to read so many different views on the world we live in, by educated Black People (and a few whites)for educated Black people. To me this kills that stereo type that is often associated with people that look like me,the one that says that Blacks don't value education or that we are all "ghetto".

That is the reason I post my thoughts and views here for the world to read and this is the reason I will continue to do so.

So again thanks for your support, and I will continue to write things that are important to me and hopefully to you as well.

The Face of Evil

I watched that "forum" last night between the two Presidential candidates and I was not impressed.

I think Big O got his ass handed to him. He did not come hard enough for me. But I guess it is what it is.

Mr. Morton, (the Field's nickname for Big O'S opponent, 'because he is always salty',)came off a little harder. It is almost like he knew all the questions beforehand. He had all the right answers and he did not look directly at the 'Purpose driven' host all night. He was talking directly to the audience. Which was a little unusual to see, because he usually cannot say anything without looking at his notes.

The thing that got me was that this thing was held in a church.

Is it not in the constitution that church and state must be kept separated?

So who was this 'forum' really for?

Was Obama still trying to prove that he is not a Muslim?

Or was Mr. Morton trying to be more Reaganisgue?

Whatever the reasoning was behind this 'forum', it did not sit well with me.

Politics has no place in a church, but this is just my opinion.

Another thing that bothered me was the guestion that was asked about what evil is.

Obama said all the right things, but the gray haired old man....

Well, he went straight to the old 'we must get them before they get us speech'.

He basically said that Islam is evil. He threw all Muslims around the world back into his mentor's Axis Of Evil bucket.

Who is he to call a religion and a large percentage of the world's people, evil?

I do not agree with Islam. But I don't consider the whole religion evil. I think that some of the leaders are evil, but as a whole Islam is not evil. Hell if you want to get technical, why isn't Christianity considered 'evil'?

How many Christians in this country have committed acts of domestic terrorism?
Was the KKK not founded by 'god fearing Christians'?
Wasn't the Oklahoma City Bombing committed by a 'god fearing Christian'?
Isn't the Catholic Church supposed to be 'Christ-like'?
How many priest's have been caught molesting their younger parishioners?
How many more have not been caught?
Why is this not considered evil? What is more evil than molesting and abusing children?

The old saying is true. People that live in Glass Houses should not throw stones.

I am not a Muslim.
I don't believe what they believe.
But I do believe that just because you see the world different than I do, that does not make you evil.

Evil is as Evil Does.

Mr. Morton should reread his history books.

I have never been called a Nigger by a person of Islamic descent.

But I sure have been called one by a group of people that resemble Mr. Morton.

Why isn't that considered evil?

Marco.... Polo....

This is the second time I have been tagged. The first time I was tagged by Folk over at Black Folks Don't Swim. I did not finish the tag then because I was having issues with linking.
I was tagged by Sully over at Sulls Blog this time.
I also want to respond to JJ Brock over at The Old Black Church. She put me in for an award. I am still having problems linking (damn blogspot), but I am going to try this time anyway. (The above blogs are on my sidebar.)

Ok, here are the rules I am supposed ot follow....

1. Link to your tagger and post these rules on your blog.

2. Share 7 facts about yourself on your blog; some random, some weird.

3. Tag 7 people at the end of your post by leaving their names as well as links to their blogs.

4. Let them know they are tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.

7 things about me

1.My sister and I are 14 years apart. The majority of her life I have been away from her. I joined the military at 18 and I have not lived home since.

2.I was born with 12 fingers. I had(The Dr. removed them when I was born, but I still have the little stub.)an extra pinkie on both hands. According to my Haitian Great Grand Mother this happens in our family all the time. It is supposed to mean that we are born lucky.

3.I started this blog about a year ago, and I will be celebrating my 100th post soon. This is my 98th.

4.I am an aspiring author. I love to write. I have about 13 chapters of a Political Thriller so far. Hopefully I will be looking for a publisher in about 6 months.

5.I love the Harry Potter series. They are some very well written books. The movies are a bit childish, but the books.. Well they are so good that it's scary. Once you start reading one, you will not put it down until you reach the last page. Believe that.

6.I am allergic to shellfish, Crabs, Lobster, Shrimp. But I love it!! I am from the area that is known for it's crab cakes. I just gotta keep some benadril on me. However, I can eat Fish and oysters all day.

"Let them eat cake"

I have not been having a good week.

First my man Bernie(Janalang, Janalang) Mack passed..

This hurt me to my heart. He will be sorely missed.

Then Mr. Cool himself, Issac Hayes.

They say that s%$^t like this happens in three's. I hope not. We are losing to damn many of our Icons.
Too damn close together.

I think it is a conspiracy.
(Just kidding.)

And then I find out that the man that was my first pick for the Presidency, Mr. John Edwards, got caught with his pants down.

But why is the country acting so surprised?

This is not the first politician to get a little on the side. He won't be the last either.

Let's face it. Women love power. Politicians, Sports Stars, Actors, Preachers, Millionaires, Billionaires... Anyone that has access to money.

Because money means power.

The more money, the more power, the more temptation to stray.

Do I condone it?

Is John Edwards a hypocrite?

The reason I call him a hypocrite is the fact that he paraded his sick wife all in front of the public, making the public believe that he was this wholesome family man that loved and cherished his family.
In other words he was smiling in all our faces while he was lubing himself up to bend us all over. Or maybe he was preparing to bend us over without the lube, I guess we will never know.

This is why I don't like politicians, OR big name preachers. They come across to the general public or their respected congregations as if they are holier than thou, and then when they are exposed for the frauds they really are, they try to beg their way back into our good graces.

We all make mistakes. We all do things in our lives that might betray someones trust.

But... the difference is the average person does not act like their s$%t don't stink.
We don't parade in front of the media like we are the second coming of Christ.
We don't condemn others for doing in public what we like to do in private.
Most of us common folk are out in the open with what we do.
We actually believe that we have the freedom to be whatever we want to be.
That might mean that we are liars, adulterers, thieves, murderers,or just good all around people.

The average person accepts who and what they are.

But Politicians and Preachers are another creature all together. They try to act like they are better than the average person. They think that if they act uppidy and "royal" that those of us out in the fields will never notice or if we do finally catch on, all it takes to win us back over is a smile and a "heartfelt" apology.

Well I for for one am getting kinda tired of "cake".

It is fattening and it makes your cholesterol too high.

Which means I am trying to change my diet.

So, to all the lying hypocritical people that we as AmeriKKKans hold in such high esteem....

Your time is running out.

"Cake" is no longer filling for us.

We need some Protein and you just ain't cutting it anymore.

We are preparing to leave the Bakery and head full force into the meat locker.

(At least I am anyway.)

Who's with me?

Our own Worst Enemy

On my way to work this morning, I was channel surfing the radio and I caught the ass end of a conversation on the Tom Jorner Morning Show that Jacki Reed (the news commentator for the show) was having with some preacher. From what I caught from the show, they were talking about that fool that the people of Detroit elected their mayor. Twice.

Jacki asked the preacher if he thought that Kwame's (the fool Mayor)political career was over. As everyone knows this idiot was ordered to jail for breaking the agreements of his bond. (Which, by the way, would have happened to anyone that broke the courts trust. So why should this fool be any different?) Well the preacher tap danced around the guestion and said there was more to this man than just politics. He said that Kwame (the fool) was a very smart man and that we should keep him in our prayers.

Stop right there...

1. If this man is so smart how did he get caught?
Any first grader knows that if you know that what you are doing is being recorded and saved, then you need to not do anything that will get you a whooping later by your parents.

2. Why should I keep this fool in my prayers?

Why is it that black people make excuses for other black people that do stupid shit?
Why is the the people of Detroit not demanding this BOY'S head?
He not only betrayed their trust, but the trust of his wife and his family, and his mother's political career is probably going to be damaged also.

All behind a big butt and a smile.

So tell me again why I should support this fool?
Should I say, 'Well you know people make mistakes. We cannot judge anyone. Leave it in God's hands. The poor man has suffered enough.'

Why are we easy on our fellow black brothers and sisters when they fuck up, but if somebody white even looks at us wrong we are ready to riot in the streets?

Wrong is wrong no matter the ethnicity of the fool that does it.

This idiot knew what he was doing with his Chief of Staff was wrong, but he did it anyway. Consequences be damned.

He knew that under the conditions of his bond, he could not leave the state of Michigan, but he did it anyway. Consequences be damned.

So why should I keep this fool in MY prayers?

Because he is Black?
Or Because maybe of all the bad stuff the White man has did to my people?

Well that is not a good enough reason for me.

I say fuck him and every other Black BOY or GIRL like him. It is Black BOYS like him that make living in AmeriKKKA harder on Black MEN like me.

The judge did right.

We as a people need to stop supporting Bullshit.

R-Kelly. Bullshit.
Michael Jackson. Bullshit.
The current state of Rap Music. Bullshit.
Loving and glorifying ignorance. Bullshit.

As long as we continue to support Bullshit and keep accepting the dangerous side effects of Bullshit as if it is the norm, then we will continue to get Bullshit from everyone around us.

I, for one refuse to accept Bullshit, because my forefathers did not die for Bullshit.

Welcome to the land of the Parasite

I was cruising my favorite blogs yesterday and I read a post the Field Negro did on a lady that took offense to his blog. See this lady is one of the many White People that feel like they are the only ones that should be in this "great" country of ours. She is one of the many White People that think that they should be at the top of the food chain just because they are white. The world belongs to the White man, or so people like her believe.

She said the Field's blog was racist, which some close minded people might believe. I have never associated the Field's blog with anything racist.

Most of the stuff he writes about I can relate to.

It is obvious that his woman can't.

He linked her blog and I followed the link and read some of her ideas. They are very frightening. It is really scary to know that some people in this day and time still think the way this woman does. She called the Field's blog racist, but she ended one of her posts saying, and I quote "It occurs to me however that there is no way that blacks, Jews or other minorities are going to attempt to divide up America. They are parasites who could not exist without white people to feed upon."

Since I have been reading the Fields blog, he has never said anything like this. She also says, "It really burns me up to have to endure the lowbrow idiocy and the indulgence in self pity and hatred and blaming of other people that make up blogs like The Field Negro. Given the tone and content of the blog he should have called it The Field Nigger shouldn't’t he".

Again I have never read anything that the Field wrote that says White People are the the sole blame for the conditions of Black America. The WHITE controlled government has a big hand in why the conditions are the way they are, but some of the blame is on us. I have never read anything that suggests that he has any self pity. I have never read anything that suggests that he hates anyone white.

It is people like this that give AmeriKKKa a bad name.

I wonder what any one Black person has ever did to this lady for her to hate like this.

Was she robbed or raped by a "Big Black Buck?"

Did she loose her job to Someone Black because of "affirmative action?"

Did someone Black get her son or daughter hooked on crack?

Or maybe someone Black got her precious daughter pregnant.

What did I do to offend this woman? I say "I" because she included me when she said Black people are a bunch of Parasites. I am Black after all.

I want to know why is this bi(excuse me, woman)so upset?

What have we done to her or her beloved way of life except try to be accepted into it?
What has anyone Black ever did to people like her?

Did anyone White ever have to suffer through Jim Crow?
How many White men were lynched for looking at a Black Woman?
How many White People have ever been harassed by the police just because they were in a nice car?
How many White People were denied housing, or forced to live in run down tenements?
How many White kids were told by "teachers" that their dream of becoming a Doctor, Lawyer or Astronaut could not be achieved?
How many White Kids were told they would be a good janitor or carpenter, when they had the best grades in class?
How many White entertainers were denied food and water at venues that they had just finished performing at?

I could go on and on.

Yet this BITCH (yeah I said it.) has the audacity to call ME a parasite?

Bitch please.

I got your parasite.

Me and every other Black Person that you offend by breathing the same air as us.

I am thankful for....

I woke up this morning in a very good mood.

This is very unusual for me because I am not a morning person. My day usually does not get started good for me until about 10. That is kind of ironic since I have been getting up early since my military days. I just do not like mornings. I like to sleep until my body says "OK NEGRO, GET YOUR LAZY ASS UP." Well this morning I guess my body got what it needed, because I woke up feeling refreshed. I woke up feeling blessed that I woke up.

U feel me?

In my morning prayer, I thanked God for the opportunity to see another hot-ass day here in North Texas. (It has been in the high 100's here for about 2 weeks straight.)

I thanked God for having a house to get me out of the heat.

I thanked God for my health.

I thanked God for my family. Especially my wife. (Even though she gets the hell on my nerves sometimes.)

I thanked God for my street sense. It has saved my life on numerous occasions.

I also thanked God for my common sense, (or as I like to call it come-on sense) because as my faithful readers know, God does not give "come-on" sense to everybody. Some people's sense just refuses to come on.

I asked God to help those people that do not have a way to get out of this crazy heat. There have been 10 deaths in the past 2 weeks due to this heat.

I asked God to continue to bless those idiots that refuse to believe in him.

How the hell anybody with 2 eyes and a functioning brain can fix their mouths to say there is no God, is beyond me.

I do not attend Church the way I should, ( I just don't like organized religion. I think that the majority of preachers, especially the one's on TV all the time, are full of shit), but I do believe in God with all my being.

How else can you explain why I am still here? I should have been dead a long time ago, considering the life I used to enjoy living.
How do I get up every morning?
How do my bills get paid every month?
Why do I still have the love and support of a woman that I can honestly say I do not deserve?
How is it that I am still walking around disease free after all the times I have had unprotected sex? (Before I said "I DO" I would like to add) I have thrown my Johnson on the crap table many a night, morning and afternoon.

Sometimes I feel that God has a football team of Angels just assigned to my "protection detail".

So there it is.

Me being thankful to my Creator for making me, me.

And surrounding me with positive people.

I just hope I feel this good tomorrow.

Freedom of speech... Just watch what you say.

I just heard the song that Ludacris made about Obama.

What is the f$$%king problem with it?

Did he say anything that was not true?

Whatever happened to freedom of speech?

Is Luda a member of the Obama campaign?

So why can he not do what he does and say whatever the f%^%&k he wants to say on a song?

In what way does he represent Obama?

Why is the media not talking about Toby Keith's song that he made about lynching?

Who was the victims of most of the illegal and murderous lynchings in our nations short history?

Not people that looked like Toby Keith.

They resembled people that looked like Obama or Ludacris or me for that matter.

Sometimes my country's hypocrisy makes me want to just move to one of the Islands that my Great-Grand Parents came here from.

Even though I cannot stand most of the bulls&*()t that is being made by some of the most popular "rappers" now, I still have to defend their right to say what ever they feel like saying. It is their constitutional right.

The constitution still applies to Rappers, doesn't it?

And as usual Big O issued a statement "condemning" the song Luda made showing support for him.
Why did he feel the need to say anything? Why did he feel the need to condemn anything that another grown-ass man said? Did he say it? Is Luda the one running for President?

Ludacris does not speak for Obama or me or anyone else in the Black Community. Ludacris speaks only for Ludacris.

Even though I agree with the words of the song (yeah I said it! I totally agree),the words of a song will not be the defining factor in how I cast my vote in November.

But I tell you what, Big O constantly "condemning" what another American says (in accordance with the very constitution that he HOPES to get the chance to take the oath to preserve and protect) in order to make himself look good in the eyes of the people that were not going to vote for him in the first place, is beginning to get a little old to me.

I understand that he is trying to become President of the "United" States of America, not the "Black" States of America.

But Big O, grab your half Kenyan nuts and tell the AmeriKKKan media, to stop judging you on the basis of what some other person says.

YOU are the one running for President.

Not your "former" pastor.

Not some Catholic priest.

And especially not some Rapper.

I think the person that will be on the ballot in November will be a person named Barack Hussein Obama.

So, Barack Hussein Obama, let me know where you stand on issues that I care about, so I will not have to depend on what someone else says about you and so I will not have to endure hearing how you "condemn the words" spoken by someone else.

I'm just saying...
