Excuse me Mr. President...Can you tell me exactly what you have done the past 3 years?

Yesterday....Yes I had to work yesterday...Keeping America safe does not take a time off just because of a petty holiday...(shameless plug)..Sue Me..

Like I was saying... Yesterday (while I was at work missing the games that the rest of you were enjoying)I had a lengthy conversation with a Republican buddy of mine.We talked about the shitty choices he has to make next November regarding which one of the clowns he was going to vote for. He is not happy with the Republican representation thus far. He feels that it will be another 4 years of waiting to "take his country back".

I kinda agree with him but I kinda don't agree with him.

First, I believe that the majority of White people that pulled the level for Big O the first time did it out of White Guilt. They wanted to prove to themselves and the world that they were not the hated R word. So I think that this time around they are going to go right back into survival mode and Do The White Thing. I could be wrong...but I could be more right.
Second...most of the Republicans and the ones leaning on the fence watch Fox news bullshit and that means they are getting spoon feed a lot of Obama-hate and lies on a daily basis. And we all know that the ones that watch that mess are about as ill-informed as a person that thinks Kim Kardashian married for love and that Britney Spears is a helluva role model for teenage mothers. So I have to say that this election is not going to be a shoe-in for his O-ness.

Which brings me back to my friend. He swears up and down that Big O has not done anything significant since he was "given" the White House on a silver platter. He has not accomplished not nan damn thing. He is the worst thing to happen to this "great" country of ours since the death of the Alzheimer having Actor in Chief, the great Ronster. I tried to tell this dude of the MANY MANY MANY things this President has done, but he kept giving the same talking points of his clown-ass Republican wanna be Nominees give on any day of the week that ends in day. So I decided to google, "List of Obama accomplishments", and this is what I found. Some of this shit I knew already but I was kinda surprised about a lot of it... And yes I am going to email this list to my friend as soon as I post this. This is a very long list, so prepare yourself...

"As I continue debating progressives and conservatives about Obama’s many accomplishments, I've decided to classify and list just a few of them.  He made 500 promises, 78% of them are at different stages of completion and 11% have been broken. I’ve listed only the “titles” of the policies and you can read the fuller explanations on Politifact. I’ve grouped them in policy categories with “my” headings.  The titles you see are taken directly from Politifact—verbatim.
Many of these policies have been on the progressive wish-list for decades and we need to make sure Obama can finish the job.  Remember, he has accomplished much more than is indicated on this list":

I believe it’s also important to use “facts” to refute the myth that the stimulus was a failure and didn’t help the economy.  In addition to providing apprx. 300 billion in middle-class tax cuts and another 300 to struggling states, it did this according to the CBO:
..."CBO estimates that ARRA’s policies had the following effects in the first quarter of calendar year 2011:

1. They raised real (inflation-adjusted) gross domestic product by between 1.1 percent and 3.1 percent,
2. Lowered the unemployment rate by between 0.6 percentage points and 1.8 percentage points,
3. Increased the number of people employed by between 1.2 million and 3.3 million, and
4. increased the number of full-time-equivalent (FTE) jobs by 1.6 million to 4.6 million compared with what would have occurred otherwise. (Increases in FTE jobs include shifts from part-time to full-time work or overtime and are thus generally larger than increases in the number of employed workers).”
The Daily Kos, Aug 2011.

This is the "nothing" that this President of ours has done.

So where in the hot-ass seven hells is my friend and all his think-a-like buddies getting their information from?

The age of the metrosexual...

Since I have taken it upon myself to try to improve upon this already sexy body by putting myself through hell 4 times a week at my neighborhood LA Fitness....I have noticed several things about shit that either I was too scared to even think about or I just didn't notice...

I think it is a combination of both but I will let you, my faithful readers be the judge.....

Since I have been working out regularly for the past say...2 years now...I have been noticing the male and female body shape in a different way.

Now when I say "male" body shape, I don't mean that in a Homosexual way. I am not looking at men and getting all sexually excited or any thing like that..what I'm saying is I am looking at dudes in a way to improve on how I look. If I see a dude with cut up shoulders or arms or calf's, I think well shit...I wonder how he got his shit like that? What exercises does he do? I wonder if I can fit that into my workout? Nine times out of ten I will go up to the dude and ask them. This has gotten me some useful information and it has also gotten me some weird looks. But nine times out of ten the dude I ask will give me some pointers. I have made a few friends by doing this. I also notice when a dude is in the gym just to be seen. I am talking about the type of person that is not really into getting healthy they just want to be seen in a pair of tights and a muscle shirt. The type person that tries to work out with way too much weight for them to handle and they end up looking like they are rehearsing for a Dancing With the Stars audition. I am pretty sure all of you have seen people like this. A dude that's telling himself that he is working his biceps, but he is working every muscle in his body just to do one rep.

Yeah that guy.

I have also noticed the females that come to the gym. To tell the truth I notice them a lot more than I notice the grunting ass dudes.

I have to say that what I thought I thought was sexy about women before I got serious about getting in shape has definitely changed.
I used to tell myself that I wanted a women that worked out and kept her body tight. And in some ways I still do..but...

I prefer a woman with some looseness with her curves. I don't like all the tight muscely ass women that frequent my gym. After a while they all start to look like the grunting ass dudes. I like a little bounce and shake with my women, ya know? Now I think a women that works out is sexy...very gatdamn sexy, but there is a limit for me. I don't like a woman that works out so much that she looses her femininity. Even though I like women with nice thick thighs and legs, I don't want a women that can squat more than I can. I don't want my head crushed if I decide to put my face in the place and I start to tickle that little man in the boat..which I have been known to do....Ya understand what I'm saying?

I prefer my women to be healthy, but healthy does not mean looking like a Linebacker for the Green Bay Packers.

A little cellulite never hurt nobody, ya heard me? A woman is supposed to be soft and cuddly, not hard and manish.

And oh yeah.. I know I said I have noticed the male body a little different now...but fellas this does not mean that I want to go into a PUBLIC sauna after a nice workout and see your shriveled up ass and balls Naked ass nasty Naked in there like it is your own personal shit. I mean really son? Who the fuck goes in a PUBLIC ass sauna butt naked ass naked? To sit with other dudes? Where is this shit normal at? I understand being comfortable with your sexuality and all that, but really son?

Big O... This race is yours to lose son

I have not updated my blog in a minute now. I really have no excuse as to why I have not been sharing my thoughts with you, my faithful readers, other than the fact that I have had writers block. I have had several ideas for posts, I just have not been able to form those ideas into writable sentences.

For that I apologize.

But I'm back bytches!!

So let's begin, shall we?

The Republican Party is in a grand state of disarray. And I love it.
The candidates they have to choose from to oppose Big O next year is about as fucked up as trying to watch a monkey fuck a football.

I admit it makes for very entertaining reality TV, but other than that?

This is the best they can come up with?

Where do I start?

Herman Cain....
Just because you ran a Pizza Company (that no longer exists by the way), you think you have what it takes to sit in the big seat in the big white house that is currently occupied by a Black man? When you have no original ideas on foreign policy and your 999 bullshit sounds like an ad advertising a pizza from your use to be Pizza Company? Now I have to admit I kinda feel you with all the sexual harassment mess.. I mean come on son, why are these women coming out now? What makes 10 years later the breaking point to want to talk? This is it that bullshit son. But other than that? You are as done as one of your pizzas that were famous for being over cooked and hard and nasty and just plain bad.

Newt Gingrich...
Really son? You actually think that YOU, the only Speaker of The House in this countries history to ever be KICKED out of office face first has a chance of becoming President? The same man that had his wife served with divorce papers while she was still in the hospital recovering from cancer surgery? The same man that lead the charge against the President's adultery while engaging in adultery yourself?
Really Newt? What, you  thought we forgot?

Michell Bauchman....
I don't have enough space or time to talk about your extremely dumb ass. You are about as bright as a Black Hole, no disrespect to Black Holes. You make Sarah Palin look like Margaret Thatcher.

Ron Paul....
I was actually paying attention to what you had to say until I started to do a little research into your past. You and your son are two of the biggest racists and hypocrites in American politics.. So fuck you my good man. That is all.

Rick Perry....
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA.....excuse me folks....I just fell out of my chair laughing...give me a minute to compose myself....

Who else? Uhhhhhh...oh yeah.. The Mormon.

Mitt Romney....
I actually feel sorry for you sir. In truth you are the only person on this list that might be a little qualified. It's too bad that you can't make up your mind on any damn thing. I mean one minute you want to go right, then you say you were going right until the crowd went left, so you turned left only to go right again. Watching you is like getting on a roller coaster after eating a 3 piece and a honey biscuit from Churches chicken. It's all good going down, but with all the spinning and turning and flip flopping; sooner rather than later that 3 piece and that honey biscuit is running all down the front of your shirt. And it don't help your cause any being a Mormon either. I mean especially in a country that prides itself on Religious freedom as long as the freedom includes Jesus, the Holy Spirit and the virgin Mary dying on a cross.

So this is it folks. This is what the Rethugs have to choose from.
I hope ya'll have your popcorn ready, because this is going to be a better show than the movie Immortals that I saw this past weekend... And that was a pretty good damn movie.
It had a more believable fake plot, a better script and much better actors.
